My name is Gina Evangelista, and I created Flourish Educational Services to provide parents with the tools needed to homeschool their kids. As a former homeschool parent and a Certified Professional Educator, I bring my personal and professional experience to offer you tools that will assist and support you through your homeschooling journey.

A little about me

My two kids were home educated K to 12 and they are now college students. Besides working with homeschool families I am also a Spanish teacher and a Health Coach. I’ve taught grades K-12 in schools around the Central Florida area and currently teach live online classes statewide. I work with families worldwide offering Homeschool Consultations. I meet with families virtually through Zoom. All services are offered in English and Spanish.

Homeschooling gave us the freedom to learn at our own pace, to choose our own curriculum, to set our own schedule, and so much more. I like to refer to homeschooling as worldschooling or lifeschooling because homeschoolers are not at home learning all the time. That is a small piece of it, especially in the younger years. We were often out learning with other families in parks, going out on field trips, getting together, meeting with professionals, volunteering, exercising, and so much more. Homeschooling has many benefits, and it is an amazing educational and life experience for the whole family.

Homeschooling through the elementary, middle, and high school years, and working through the college application process has given me the opportunity to enjoy, learn, and find out ways to overcome various challenges that come with the journey. I want to share with you what I have learned and make your homeschooling experience one that you and your kids will remember and appreciate for years to come. Homeschooling is extremely rewarding, has infinite benefits, AND it is not EASY. That is why I am here to share with you what I have learned and hope to make your homeschool journey an enjoyable and fulfilling one.
